Speedball Underglazes are ideal for detailed painting, sgraffito, watercolor effects, screen printing, and airbrushing. These opaque underglazes do not run or bleed. Developed for a wide firing range of 1000°C-1300°C, Speedball underglazes can be used on raw or bisque-fired pieces and offer unmatched intensity, reliability, and value.
The large color palette, which can also be mixed, offers a wide range of creative possibilities. All Speedball Underglazes are lead-free and, when properly fired, are safe for contact with food. The samples show the color with and without a transparent glaze.
