AMACO Chalk Crayons & Pencils

AMACO Chalk Crayons can be used on bisque-fired ceramics in several ways: as pastels (they can be rubbed, mixed and smoothed with a finger) and as watercolors - a drawing made with crayons should be smeared with a damp brush. Crayons can also be sharpened to create fine lines. AMACO Chalk Crayons in combination with AMACO's transparent glazes LG-10 (low-fire) and HF-9 (high-fire) are food-safe.
