2. ONLINE SERVICES

2.1. The following electronic services are available on the Online Store: Account, Order Form and Newsletter.

2.1.1. Account – The store is intended exclusively for business partners making purchases for the purpose of reselling goods. Use of the Account (and thus access to wholesale prices and the full product range) is possible only after prior individual verification and approval of the application by the Service Provider. The form visible on the registration page is intended solely for submitting a request to be considered for access to the B2B store and does not result in the automatic creation of an Account. In this form, the User provides, in particular: a title (Mr / Mrs), first name, last name, email address, password (for a potential future account), date of birth, and—mandatory for B2B applications—company name, tax ID number, full registered address (street, house/apartment number, ZIP code, city, country), and contact phone number. Additionally, the Service Recipient may select options regarding receiving offers from partners and the newsletter.

2.1.1.1. Submitting the completed form and clicking the “SAVE” button constitutes only a request for verification and does not constitute the conclusion of a contract for the provision of electronic services or the creation of an Account. Upon receiving the application, the Service Provider conducts a verification process, which may include, in particular: checking the Tax ID number in public registries, confirming business activity in the field of goods resale, contacting the Service Recipient by phone or email to determine the nature and terms of cooperation, and obtaining other information deemed necessary. Following successful verification, the Service Provider manually creates an Account and sends the Service Recipient access credentials (username, password / activation link) and—if necessary—an individual password for access to the B2B section. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to create an Account and grant access without providing a reason, and to revoke access at any time, particularly in the event of a violation of the Terms and Conditions, cessation of the resale of goods, or other valid reasons. Until the verification is approved and the access data is received, the Service Recipient does not gain access to the store, wholesale prices, or the full product range.

2.1.1.2. The Electronic Account Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient may, at any time and without providing a reason, delete the Account (cancel the Account) by sending a request to the Service Provider, in particular via email to: b2b@1240.design or in writing to the address: ul. Kolneńska 4, 02-242 Warsaw.

2.1.2. Order Form – use of the Order Form begins when the Customer adds the first Product to the electronic shopping cart in the Online Store. An Order is placed after the Customer completes two consecutive steps – (1) filling out the Order Form and (2) clicking the “Place Order” button on the Online Store’s website after filling out the Order Form – until this point, the Customer may modify the entered data (to do so, follow the on-screen prompts and information available on the Online Store’s website). In the Order Form, the Customer must provide the following information regarding the Customer: company name, tax ID number, address (street, house/apartment number, ZIP code, city, country), email address, contact phone number, and information regarding the Sales Agreement: Product(s), quantity of Product(s), place and method of delivery of the Product(s), and payment method.

2.1.2.1. The Order Form electronic service is provided free of charge, is a one-time service, and terminates upon the submission of an Order through it or upon the Service Recipient’s earlier cessation of placing Orders through it.

2.1.3. Newsletter – access to the Newsletter is granted after entering an email address in the “Newsletter” tab visible on the Online Store’s website, to which subsequent issues of the Newsletter are to be sent, and clicking the “Subscribe” button. You can also subscribe to the Newsletter by checking the appropriate checkbox when creating an Account—upon creation of the Account, the Service Recipient is automatically subscribed to the Newsletter

2.1.3.1. The Electronic Newsletter Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Service Recipient may, at any time and without providing a reason, unsubscribe from the Newsletter (cancel the Newsletter) by sending a request to the Service Provider, in particular via email to: b2b@1240.design or in writing to the address: ul. The User is obligated to provide data that is consistent with the facts. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content, including Illegal Content.

2.4. Complaint procedure regarding Electronic Services:

2.4.1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider and other complaints related to the operation of the Online Store (excluding the Product complaint procedure specified in Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions) in the following ways, for example:

10.6. The Service Provider shall review all comments, complaints, claims, appeals, or objections regarding decisions or other actions or inactions taken by the Service Provider based on a received report or a decision made in a timely, non-discriminatory, objective, and non-arbitrary manner.
