AMACO DL-23 Ultramarine is a glossy, cobalt blue glaze with lighter specks. The glaze moves during firing and breaks to gray where thinner. Great as a base for layering with other glazes or as a standalone color. AMACO Dipping & Layering glazes are stoneware glazes in powder form, designed for easy use in dipping and layering techniques. Prepraration of glaze: mix well the full bag of dry material with 3,8 liter of distilled water. Each bag is equivalent to 10 pint-sized jars (472 ml).
