AMACO DL-59 Brick Red is a stoneware glaze in an opaque, vibrant red with fine speckles, becoming semi-transparent in thin layers. AMACO Dipping & Layering Glazes are high-fire powdered glazes designed for easy application by dipping. To prepare the glaze: mix the contents of one bag with 3.8 liters (1 gallon) of distilled water and stir thoroughly. One bag of powdered glaze is equivalent to 10 pints (472 ml each) of liquid glaze.
