Mayco SP-211 Speckled Blue Yonder glaze gives a light blue color with white speckles when fired at a low temperatures. With the increase of firing temperature the glaze becomes semi-transparent and in place of white speckles light spots occur. Glazes from the Mayco Speckled Stroke & Coat series are stable, glossy and highly pigmented, giving vivid, opaque colors when applied in 2-3 layers. They can be applied on leather hard clay, bisque or stoneware-fired clay.
