Mayco SP-270 Speckled Pink-A-Dot glaze gives a pink color with maroon specks when fired at a low temperatures. With the increase of firing temperature the glaze becomes semi-transparent and turns cream color and specks become light blue. Glazes from the Mayco Speckled Stroke & Coat series are stable, glossy and highly pigmented, giving vivid, opaque colors when applied in 2-3 layers. They can be applied on leather-hard clay, bisque or stoneware-fired clay.
